Product Care

These are general care instructions across our various product collections. For product-specific washing and care details, please reference the "cleaning & care" instructions located on the unique product page for that item. 

Plastic Toys, Travel Toys, Activity Toys, Pull Musicals, Wood Toys and Cars

  • Remove all packaging and fasteners before giving to a child
  • Clean thoroughly before first use
  • Surface-wash with a damp cloth dipped in warm soapy water
  • Follow with a towel dampened with plain water to remove residue
  • Air dry
  • Do not submerge in water
  • Do not heat
  • Do not use in a sanitizer, steamer or microwave

Silicone Toys

  • Remove all packaging and fasteners before giving to a child
  • Clean thoroughly before first use
  • Hand wash with mild soap and rinse thoroughly
  • Air dry

Plush Toys, Soft Books

  • Remove all packaging and fasteners before giving to a child
  • Surface-wash with a damp cloth dipped in warm soapy water.
  • Follow with a towel dampened with plain water to remove residue.
  • Do not bleach
  • Air dry

Soft Dolls

  • Remove all packaging and fasteners before giving to a child
  • Machine wash cold; air dry. Do not bleach. 
  • Use your fingers to untangle hair before drying. 
  • If some settling of the stuffing occurs during the wash cycle, gently massage it back into a pleasing shape
