At Manhattan Toy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our site, we offer a return policy to accommodate your needs.
Damaged or Defective Products Bought Through Our Site
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns on Products Bought Through Our Site
If you have changed your mind about your purchase from our site, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. A return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking expenses.
Standard Return Fees
The return fee from the US contiguous 48 states is $7.00. The return fee from Canada is $40.00.
Oversized Product Return Fees
Due to their large size, the following items require a higher return fee:

- 344500 Elephant Plush Rocker
- 344470 Little Nook Playhouse
- 2510A Kodiak Bear
The return fee for all oversized items, excluding the Kodiak Bear, from the US contiguous 48 states is $17.50. The return fee from Canada is $60.00.
The return fee for the Kodiak Bear from the US contiguous 48 states is $51.00. The return fee from Canada is $150.00.
Gift Exchanges
We are unable to offer gift exchanges at this time.
Holiday Return Policy
Any order placed between November 1, 2025, and December 15, 2025, is eligible for our extended holiday return program. Items purchased during this time frame are eligible for return through January 30, 2026.
You must have proof of purchase through manhattantoy.com. Items must be in good condition, in original packaging, and with tags intact to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
We do not offer exchanges. To exchange an item, you will need to process a return, then purchase the desired product using your refund or store credit.
You may return the item purchase value, less shipping and restocking fees, to the original payment method or as store credit. Store credit will be provided as an electronic gift card with no expiration for use only at www.manhattantoy.com.
Shipping and restocking fees for holiday returns from the US contiguous 48 states are $7.00. Returns from Canada are $40.00.
