Do you have your shopping done, holiday cards out and festive decorations up?  How about the wrapping have you had anytime to bake???  The holidays are a crazy busy time of year... but oh so wonderful.  Take some of the stress out and make things similar.  We were so excited to see this easy (so easy your kids can help too!) and attractive recipe from Seven Alive we have to share: Cake Mix Cookies.  They taste fantastic and your family and friends won't even be able to tell you cut a lot of steps out.
All ingredients you need:
  • One boxed cake mix (these pictures show cookies made with a white cake mix)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • One bag of Hershey's Kiss' - any kind (these pictures show them made with Peppermint Kiss'.)
Mix all ingredients together to create dough and  pre-heat oven for desired cake-mix temperature.  Grease pan.
Separate dough into one tablespoon sections and roll into small balls.  Dip top of each ball into sprinkles and place cookie balls on pan, sprinkle side up.
Cook for 9-13 minutes.  Take them out of oven.  Leave them on pan and immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the middle of each cookie.  Let them cool and enjoy!
