**Damaged or Defective Products Bought Through Our Site:**

**Change Of Mind Returns On Products Bought Through Our Site:**
If you have changed your mind about your purchase from our site, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. However, in such cases, a return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking expenses. Please take a look at the standard and oversized product return shipping rates below.
Standard Return Fees:
The return fee from US contiguous 48 states is $7.00. The return fee from Canada is $40.00.
Oversized Product Return Fees:
Due to their large size the following items require a higher return fee.

The return fee for all oversized items, excluding the Kodiak Bear, from US contiguous 48 states is $17.50. The return fee from Canada is $60.00.
The return fee for the Kodiak Bear from US contiguous 48 states is $51. The return fee from Canada is $150.00.
**Gift Exchanges:**
We regret that we are unable to offer gift exchanges at this time.
