There's a sweet little toy store in Kenmore, Washington, Snapdoodle ToysFive and a half years ago the local toy store was closing up shop and Rob and Cherry wanted to fill that emptiness in the community.  That’s when Snapdoodle Toys started and it still sits in the historic Schnitzelbank building in Kenmore.  And, we here at Manhattan Toy are proud of them because we’ve been with them since the beginning!  “Manhattan Toy is one of my favorite lines.  My teenage daughter grew up playing with many of their items,” said Rob.
Snapdoodle Toys has been very successful and now has two stores, the second being in Redmond, Washington.  My favorite part of working in the specialty toy retailer world is being able to easily connect with families and children as they come through our doors.  I love seeing the little ones grow up more and more each time they come shopping here,” said Rob.
Snapdoodle Toys carries a large variety of toys for people and interests of all ages: infants, dolls, games and arts and crafts.  Snapdoodle Toys prides itself on their fun atmosphere.  They don’t want you to feel as if you’re just going shopping.  That’s why the store offers many play stations, events and craft classes.  Many kids host their birthday parties there!   “Customer service is key,” said Cherry.  Besides entertaining the kids while visiting our store, we offer complimentary gift wrap, lattes and tea every single day to customers,” said Cherry. Snapdoodle Toys is one of the many local toy stores nationwide participating in Neighborhood Toy Store Day, Saturday November 9, 2013.  They want you to know the fun will only continue that day – events and lattes too.  Make sure to check them out if you’re in Kenmore or Redmond!  If not in Washington, make sure to still support your local toy store on November 9!
Thank you Snapdoodle Toys!
