FAQ: CREATE YOUR OWN WEE BABY STELLA
When will my doll ship? Dolls will begin to ship this November 2018.
What's included in my order? You'll receive a Wee Baby Stella doll in black & white onesie with matching magnetic pacifier plus an exclusive outfit - all shipped in adorable gift packaging.
Do I get a choice of the black and white onesie for my doll? No, each doll comes in the onesie pictured.
What if I shop for other items, will they ship with my doll? No, your order will be split based on availability. Separate tracking notifications will be sent for each shipment.
How will my doll and outfit be gift wrapped? Every doll will arrive in a gift box and outfit will come in a gift envelope. Any gift messaging entered at checkout will print on the packing slip and be included in your package.
What if I want more than one outfit choice? You can select additional outfits during step 3 of the doll creation process for an additional $14 each. Your order value will update as more outfits are added. Each additional outfit purchased will come in its own gift envelope.
Can I order more than one doll? Yes, you can. Once you have completed the 3-step process of completing your doll and have added it to your cart, you can go back to the Create Your Own Wee Baby Stella doll page to create another doll.
Can I ship to more than one address? Not within the same order. If you wish to send a doll or other products to multiple addresses directly from our website, you will need to place separate orders for the products you wish to send to each address.
The doll/outfit I want is out of stock, will I be able to order later this year? Unfortunately, not. Quantities for the holiday are limited. But fear not, more dolls and outfits will be available in 2019.
I already completed my purchase, can I change my order? Unfortunately, no. If you have already completed the checkout process but would like to modify the items on your order, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one.
